Mr. Galaviz serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. Founded by Mr. Galaviz in 1988, the company has successfully performed on over 2,100 contracts and tasks orders, serving the Federal Government and private-sector clients in the areas of information technology, software applications, and homeland security domestic counter-terrorist defense products and services. His consistent commitment to the company's business principles of Trust, Quality, Service, and Value and the consistent fulfillment of its commitments have earned THE CENTECH GROUP a highly respected reputation in the industry. Before starting CENTECH, he was a Senior Manager responsible for large, complex merchandising, sales, and buying organizations supporting retail, wholesale, manufacturing, importing, and exporting organizations nationally and internationally in scope. His public sector experience includes senior level experience in Federal government procurement policy positions at the Department of Transportation and Department of Commerce.

Mr. Martin was the founder, President, and CEO of Evaluation Technologies, Inc. (ETI), a professional services and technical support services company. He was responsible for the company's strategic planning, cost management, operations oversight, and business development strategy. Under his direction, ETI grew from its first $35 job to just under $11 million in 1986. In 1989, ETI was acquired and Mr. Martin became the General Manager of the purchasing firm. Mr. Martin is one of the founders of the Black Presidents Roundtable Association, and has served as its President. During his term of office, he established the annual Theodore Hagens Scholarship Award for minority high school seniors committed to the pursuit of business careers. Mr. Martin was one of the founders of the National Federation of 8(a) Companies, and a charter member of the Virginia Regional Minority Supplier Development Council's Minority Input Committee. Mr. Martin is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, Executive Education Program and is a former Tuskegee Airmen.
